At KiKi’s Glam Cabinet, every order is handled with care and a whole lot of glam. Here’s how we keep our return and refund process clear, fair, and fabulously simple:

 



Custom Items

Custom items are made especially for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

 



Ready-to-Ship / Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging may be considered for a return, exchange, or refund if reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the request.
While approval is not guaranteed, every request will be thoughtfully reviewed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 



Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of the files.
