Processing Times

Custom Drinkware

Every custom cup is handmade to order based on your chosen wrap, drinkware style, and solution options.
Standard processing time: 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Some specialty styles may require a bit of additional time to ensure the highest-quality finish. If your order includes one of these items, processing may extend slightly beyond the standard window.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Premade drinkware, physical planners, journals, accessories, and other non-custom items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Digital planners and journals are delivered instantly via email or download link — no shipping required.

Mixed orders (custom + ready-to-ship) will ship together once custom items are complete, unless items are purchased separately.

 



Shipping Methods & Delivery

All physical orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

 



Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your physical package has been handed over to the carrier, KiKi’s Glam Cabinet is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery errors.

If an issue arises after shipment (delivery marked but not received, delayed in transit, etc.), please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. They can assist with claims or investigations.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

KiKi’s Glam Cabinet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

 



Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking information for all physical orders as soon as they ship. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin populating after the carrier receives the package.

Digital orders are delivered immediately via email or download link.
